How long will my order take to be delivered |

We aim to fulfil orders within 7 working days from confirmation of receipt of order and payment, (Working days are known as Monday to Friday) Should you have any queries regarding your delivery please call us on 01466 400537 or email us at support@florencesupplies.co.uk , please note there are some products on our site that take around 10 days for delivery, and a few items up to 28 days please check prior to order should a specific time allowance be essential for you items. |

What time do I expect my delivery |

TThe carriers will not be held to delivering the items at a particular time of day, so you will need to be prepared to be at home for the duration of the day. The delivery will arrive on the specified day but the times will vary depending upon the driver’s schedule and traffic conditions, most deliveries are made between the hours of 8am – 6pm. Florence Supplies cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that do not arrive on the expected delivery day. |

Can you leave it outside? Can I leave it with a neighbour? |

If no one is available to receive the delivery on the specified day the goods will be returned to the depot, should you choose to arrange an neighbour or friend to accept delivery please advise them to check the order is complete and undamaged prior to the delivery van leaving there/your premises, please note an additional charge for re-delivery may apply. ALL deliveries must be checked and signed for, any damages to packaging must be noted on the delivery slip prior to the delivery van leaving your premises. |

What must I check and do when goods are delivered? |

DDeliveries will be made on varying sized vehicles and it is the driver’s responsibility to remove the materials from the vehicle. It is however your responsibility to take delivery of the goods at the kerbside and transport them into your home. It is therefore essential that you have adequate help at time of delivery. Please advise our transport department of any special requirements regarding delivery at the time when placing your order. PLEASE NOTE: Your order MUST be inspected on arrival and any damages must be noted and signed for as damaged (We cannot accept responsibility for goods not signed for as damaged on delivery). |

What refund would you offer if the delivery arrives late? |

We advise against booking trades for installations until the goods have been received, Florence Supplies does not accept liability for costs caused by late deliveries. |
