Payments
I am having problems making payment online?
Please call us on 01466 400537 and we can take payment over the phone, all major credit/debit cards accepted, debit card payments a free, credit card payments are charged at 2% above your total order value.
What if I don’t have a credit card / Paypal Account?
You can send a cheque to the following noted below, please note goods will be delivered within 5-7 working days of your payment clearing in our account.

Deliveries
How long do deliveries take?
We aim to fulfil orders within 7 working days from confirmation of receipt of order and payment, (Working days are known as Monday to Friday) Should you have any queries regarding your delivery please call us on 01466 400537 or email us at support@florencesupplies.co.uk , please note there are some products on our site that take around 10 days for delivery, and a few items up to 28 days please check prior to order should a specific time allowance be essential for you items.
What time can I expect my delivery
The carriers will not be held to delivering your order at a particular time of day, so you will need to be prepared to be at home for the duration of the day? The delivery should arrive on the specified day but the times will vary depending upon the driver’s schedule and traffic, Florence Supplies cannot accept responsibility for deliveries that do not arrive on the expected delivery day.
Can you leave it outside? Can you leave it with a neighbour?
If no one is available to receive the delivery on the specified day the goods will be returned to the depot, should you choose to arrange an neighbour or friend to accept delivery please advise them to check the order is complete and undamaged prior to the delivery van leaving there/your premises, please note an additional charge for re-delivery may apply. ALL deliveries must be checked and signed for, any damages to packaging must be noted on the delivery slip prior to the delivery van leaving your premises.
What must I check and do when goods are delivered?
Deliveries will be made on varying sized vehicles and it is the driver’s responsibility to remove the materials from the vehicle. It is however your responsibility to take delivery of the goods at the kerbside and transport them into your home. It is therefore essential that you have adequate help at time of delivery. Please advise our transport department of any special requirements regarding delivery at the time when placing your order. PLEASE NOTE: Your order MUST be inspected on arrival and any damages must be noted and signed for as damaged (We cannot accept responsibility for goods not signed for as damaged on delivery).

Can I Pay for Next Day Delivery
Next day delivery is only available on a selection of our products, and only if the order is placed by 11am, however should your order be placed later than 12pm we can offer a 2 day delivery service, please call us on 01466 400537 or email us at support@florencesupplies.co.uk for further details.
Is Vat included on the Listed items on your Web Site
AAll our items are listed (exclusive of VAT) delivery costs are also listed (exclusive of VAT), Vat will be added at the final stage of your order completion at a rate of 17.5%, i.e. for a order placed at £100 with a delivery cost of £19.99 the vat would be £119.99 x17.50% £20.99 Total being £140.98
Can you arrange installation of the products you Supply
We can only offer a quotation for installation within a 30mile radius of AB54 4PY, Huntly
What refund would you offer if the delivery arrives late?
We advise against booking trades for installations until the goods have been received, Florence Supplies does not accept liability for costs caused by late deliveries.
