Florence Supplies Delivery ServiceWhen possible we arrange to dispatch your goods immediately or within 3 working days using our specialist delivery service throughout the UK, please note costs for shipping are based on a 3-4 working day service once dispatched. If your order is not stocked or unavailable for dispatch within this timescale (see our deliveries section) we will call or e-mail you to advise on the earliest possible delivery date, we aim to fulfil deliveries of stocked items within 5-7 working days, please note a minority of items we sell are subject to a 28 day waiting list.

Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery; no claims with regard to damaged items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Damaged goods should be returned with the courier. We will endeavour to replace your damaged goods as quick as possible to try and minimise the disruption to our customers. We will accept returned items unopened in the Original Packaging for whatever reason within 5 days of receipt, you will need to return the goods back to us via your chosen courier, and a 33% handling charge paid by the purchaser will be deducted from your credit note. This can be done by emailing support@florencesupplies.co.uk or calling 01466 400537. 'This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer’. We cannot accept returned goods if they are no longer saleable.
Florence Supplies Shipping and Handling Terms
We offer free delivery on orders over £1,500.00 (excluding shipping & vat) to most mainland UK addresses e.g. order total (before shipping & vat) £1,500 total cost due to Florence Supplies would be £1,762.50, However a surcharge may apply to some areas as listed here, Northern Scotland, Western Scotland, Highlands & Islands, and Wales. PLEASE NOTE ORDERS TO IREALAND A SUBJECT TO SURCHARGES, please call 01466 400537 or email us at support@florencesupplies.co.uk with your address and Postcode to arrange costing for delivery if you are in any of these areas. Once orders are placed delivery will be arranged directly with our couriers and should you wish to track your order please contact us by emailing tracking@florencesupplies.co.uk with your name and address including date of order, we will then email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please note that if no one is available to accept delivery when it is made there may be a charge for the failed delivery and should the order then be cancelled the re-stocking charge of 15% and £30 per item will apply. All deliveries are made to the 'kerb side' at the nearest access point to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. The driver may require help unloading the goods. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by lorry/van. If there is likely to be a problem, e.g. the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit; please inform us whilst arranging delivery with our staff. Florence Supplies STANDARD CONDITIONS OF TRADING
1. (a) All sales shall be deemed to be made between the buyer and Florence Supplies in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale herein after mentioned. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions and any terms and conditions put forward by the Buyer, these conditions shall prevail.
(b) All representation on behalf of Florence Supplies are valid only if they confirmed in writing and the Buyer shall not rely upon any representation unless confirmed in writing.
(c) The prices for all materials or goods supplied and transportation shall be strictly in accordance with those prices at the time of order currently notified and published by Florence Supplies unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Florence Supplies.
Goods are not sold (or tested) as conforming to any British Standard Specification or as fit for any particular purpose, unless expressly so stated in writing, and any term, condition or warranty that the goods are so fit is excluded.
2. All goods are to be paid for at the time of ordering, unless some other terms have been specifically agreed in writing between the buyer and Florence Supplies. Any overdue accounts will attract a charge of interest at the rate of 4% above the base rate per month or part thereof. In the event that Court proceedings have been instigated, all costs relating to such proceedings will become the responsibility of the Buyer.
3. The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Buyer has paid to Florence Supplies the whole price thereof. The Buyer agrees that, prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods, Florence Supplies may, at any time enter upon the Buyer's premises and remove the goods and that the Buyer shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for this purpose. The buyer may not install the goods prior to completion of payment in full. Not withstanding that ownership of the goods shall not pass to the Buyer save as provided above, the goods shall be at the risk of the Buyer from the time of collection or delivery to him of the goods
4. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the goods for damage or wrong delivery before accepting delivery. No claim for damages or wrong delivery can be made if the carriers receipt is signed as goods received in good condition. Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived.
5. Whilst every effort will be made by Florence Supplies to ensure that the correct quantity and quality of goods are delivered within a timely manner to the buyer, neither Florence Supplies nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any damages caused by such omissions or delays.
6. In installing or using any goods or equipment supplied by Florence Supplies the purchaser shall observe all instructions, directions and warnings issued by Florence Supplies or the manufacturer.
7. All cases of force major such as wars, riots, strikes, lockouts, bankruptcy, fire, water damage, delay in transport, lack of means of transport, breakdown in factories or those of our suppliers or any other unforeseeable events give us the right to postpone the fulfilment of the contract, as well as to cancel it partially or wholly without thereby conferring on the Buyer the right to claim damages against Florence Supplies or the manufacturers.
8. The contract between Florence Supplies and the Buyer shall be deemed to have been made at the office of Florence Supplies, Culdrain Business Centre, Culdrain, Gartly, Huntly, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, AB54 4PY
9. All contracts subject to these Conditions between the Buyer and Florence Supplies shall be subject to and interpreted in accordance with Scottish law and the Buyer hereby agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts in respect of all claims, disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with any such contract.
Vat is included @17.5% to all prices shown including delivery prices, unless otherwise indicated.
